Payment Terms
The Client is required to adhere to the payment terms specified in their agreement with Highground.asia. Payments must be made promptly, as outlined in the invoice. Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Client Obligations
The Client must provide accurate information and necessary access to their website, analytics, and related resources to facilitate the provision of our services. The Client is also expected to review and approve deliverables promptly and cooperate with Highground.asia promptly.
Agency Obligations
Highground.asia commits to delivering high-quality SEO services as outlined in the agreed scope of work. We will maintain clear and regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
Our team will use industry best practices and stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure effective and compliant strategies. In addition, we will provide regular performance reports to keep clients informed of the results and impact of our SEO efforts.
Performance and Ranking Guarantees
While Highground.asia strives to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or website performance due to the dynamic nature of SEO and the constant changes in search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period. Termination may also occur by mutual agreement.
In addition, either party may terminate the agreement for convenience with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Highground.asia complies with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations related to the provision of our services, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998. Clients are responsible for ensuring their website and content comply with relevant Malaysian legal requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Highground.asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages relating to the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
